Welcome to the Literary Duck Online Course Book Adoptions request form. This form allows UO faculty to request course books for university classes online. All fields are required. You will not be able to complete the request process without completing the form. Contact BRUCE LUNDY with questions. PLEASE NOTE: We will be upgrading our Online Adoptions system starting October 1, 2008. With our enhanced system, you will be able to easily view previously used course materials from past terms; access immediate visibility on Out of Print or Old Edition book status; and create and submit your book lists more effectively. Join us for a half hour training session in July 2008!
Training will be hosted in the Conference Rooms downstairs in the Wesley Center, next to The Duck Store on Kincaid Street.

Please do not use dashes when entering either the 10 digit or 13 digit ISBNs. This will cause errors. R/O FIELD INDICATES WHETHER THE BOOK IS REQUIRED 'R' OR OPTIONAL '0'.
