Welcome to the Digital Duck Online Digital Processing. Upload your digital images, choose printing options (such as size, finish type, and borders), and submit your order for printing at the Digital Duck's photo department. You will be able to pick up your printed photos within a few days of submitting your order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You must be logged in with a Duck Store Online Customer Account before you can create an order. If you do not have an account, you may visit the ACCOUNT CREATION PAGE.

In order to have your digital images printed at the Digital Duck, you must first upload each image to our server in an acceptable format. The acceptable formats are JPEG and BMP. Please keep in mind that JPEG images are generally smaller in file size, and take less time to upload.
Customers with slower connections (such as a 56K modem) are encouraged to upload images in smaller groups. You are not required to upload all of your images at once, and can return to the upload page at any time to upload more.
Uploaded images are not saved after 24 hours, regardless of whether the order is submitted or not. Always keep a copy of your images.
Digital cameras produce images in two proportions. Point & shoot digital cameras use CCDs which mimic the proportion of a television screen or computer monitor. The image ratio is 4:3. Most digital SLR cameras produce images in the traditional 3:2 film ratio. This proportion matches that of the 4x6 print. If you are using a point & shoot camera (4:3), you will need to select your print format: CROPPED or FULL.

Once submitted, your order will be attached to the full name and email address you entered when you created your Customer Account. Purchase of the order will not occur until you pick up your prints at the Digital Duck in the Campus Duck Store.

Orders submitted before 3:00PM will be completed and ready to pick up the next day. Orders submitted after 3:00PM will be available in two days.
